Our commitment

We want this website to be usable by everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA.

Measures in place

• Full keyboard navigation, with a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators
• Colour contrast designed to meet WCAG AA, including link styling that does not rely on colour alone
• Motion and animation disabled for visitors with a reduced-motion preference, and a pause control on the homepage background video
• Descriptive alternative text on informative images, and labels on every form field
• Semantic headings, landmarks and page structure for assistive technology
• A responsive layout that supports zoom and small screens without horizontal scrolling

Known limitations

• Some downloadable PDF documents may not yet be fully accessible; we are working through them and will provide the information in another format on request.
• The embedded map is provided by a third party and its interface is outside our control; the office address is always provided as text alongside it.
